1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Peptide Shopper web application and all related services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer three tiers of access. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

• Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days on a recurring basis.
• Annual Plan: Billed once every 12 months on a recurring basis.
• Lifetime Plan: Provides access to the current major version of the application available at the time of purchase (e.g., Version 1.x). A "Major Version" is defined by the first digit of the software version number. Future major versions (e.g., Version 2.0) are considered new products and are not included in the Lifetime plan.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing and features at any time. Recurring subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice of price changes via the email address on file.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, upgrade/downgrade adjustments, or unused time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

To maintain a safe and productive environment, you agree to the following conduct standards. Violation of these standards may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• Prohibited Content: You may not use the service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Abusive Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior, harassment, or the use of abusive language toward our staff, contractors, or other users.
• System Integrity: You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the software, bypass security measures, or use automated bots to scrape or interfere with the service.

5. Security and Data Protection

We prioritize the security of your data through industry-standard technical measures:

• Encryption: All data in transit is protected via SSL encryption.
• Authentication: We use bcrypt hashing for passwords and JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure session management.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We provide 2FA options for all users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and 2FA recovery codes. Peptide Shopper, LLC is not liable for account loss due to user negligence in securing these credentials.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason—including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The application, including its code, design, and original content, is the exclusive property of Peptide Shopper, LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The service is provided "AS IS." We make no warranties regarding uptime or specific results.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Shopper, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peptide Shopper, LLC is incorporated.
